Training Centre in Communication (TCC Africa) was pleased to collaborate with the Government of Ghana, in conjunction with the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC), the Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Ghana (CARLIGH), as well as Digital Science portfolio's Altmetric and Dimensions, to organize a national webinar on Enhancing Ghanaian academic research visibility through strategic partnerships.
The webinar brought together various stakeholders and key players in Ghana's academic and research community, marking a significant milestone in advancing research visibility and collaboration. Titled "Increasing Ghanaian Academic Research Visibility Through Strategic Partnerships," the webinar aimed to shed light on the transformative impact strategic partnerships can have on academic research visibility and the overall advancement of the scholarly landscape.

Training Centre in Communication (TCC Africa)
TCC Africa is the first African-based training centre to teach effective communication skills to scientists. Ghana Tertiary Education Commission was formed through the merger of the National Council for Tertiary Education (NCTE) and the National Accreditation Board (NAB) under the Education Regulatory Bodies Act, 2020 (Act 1023), the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission aims to regulate tertiary education, ensuring quality, equitable access, and fostering the development of human capital for sustainable economic advancement. The Commission, established as a corporate body, holds the authority to acquire property and perform various functions to achieve its objectives.
Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Ghana (CARLIGH)
Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Ghana(CARLIGH) established in 2004, has grown from six to 42 members. Recognized by institutions like the National Accreditation Board and National Council for Tertiary Education, CARLIGH has provided over 100,000 academic users access to key electronic resources, enriching their learning, research, and teaching experiences.
