This initiative, backed by INASP, a key player in supporting research and knowledge systems in the Global South, has empowered institutions to integrate gender equity into their policies and practices. The toolkit provides practical guidance for raising awareness of gender issues, promoting gender-responsive pedagogies, and facilitating greater representation of women in leadership positions within academia. This collaborative approach with INASP, has enabled institutions across the region to benefit from shared knowledge and best practices, accelerating progress towards gender equity in academia.
